/ THE METHODOLOGY
A map for practical self-understanding
Human Design is more than a personality system; it is a framework for understanding how your energy naturally operates, makes decisions, and interacts with the world.
At Return to Your Design, every report transforms your unique chart into practical guidance designed for real-life application. Through personalized insights, reflection, mindfulness meditation, and structured integration practices, you'll learn to experiment with your design in a way that feels intentional, and authentic.
Human Design offers a map. Mindfulness brings awareness. Practical integration transforms insight into everyday life. My methodology combines these three elements to support a grounded, sustainable Human Design experiment.
This isn't about becoming someone new.
It's about returning to your natural design.
About Kimberly M. Pozzi
As a Human Design Inegration Practitioner, I created Return to Your Design from a simple belief: self-awareness becomes truly valuable when it can be lived.
My work combines Human Design with over fifteen years of experience in business strategy, training and development, project management, fundraising, and digital communication. Throughout my career, I've enjoyed transforming complex ideas into practical frameworks that people can confidently apply in everyday life.
As a certified meditation teacher, I naturally integrate mindfulness, reflection, and self-observation into my work, encouraging clients to approach Human Design as an ongoing experiment rather than a fixed system.
Every report is individually researched, interpreted, carefully written, and personally refined to reflect your unique chart. My intention is not simply to explain your design, but to provide practical tools that help you understand yourself, make aligned decisions, and integrate your Human Design into daily life.
Alongside Return to Your Design, I also founded Bituon Wisdom, where I offer meditation, mindfulness, and personal development services that complement this work. Together, these two spaces reflect the same intention: helping people reconnect with themselves with greater clarity, presence, and authenticity.
